1. To Enter: Follow the entry instructions on the page www.shamrock.org/flowershowcompo and submit the online entry. All online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (ET) on February 29, 2008. Limit one entry per person. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 17, 2008.

2. Conditions of Entry: Valid Entries must be submitted via the method described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of Tourism Ireland ("Sponsor") and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

3. Selection of Winner: Between March 18, 2008 and March 31, 2008. Sponsor or its independent judging organization will determine which entries are Valid Entries and will randomly draw one (1) winner from all of the Valid Entries. The Sponsor or its independent judging organization will be the sole judge of which entries are Valid Entries, and their decision and drawing will be final. Winner will be notified by email using the information provided on such winner's entry on or about March 31, 2008. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Unless prohibited by law, to receive the prize, winner must provide his or her social security number and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 7 business days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If an Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. A non-response by a winner or non-receipt of notification response after seven (7) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Prize will be awarded to the winner after the eligibility and address of the winner have been confirmed. In the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary. You have not yet won. Sweepstakes ends on March 17, 2008. Winner shall be awarded one (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to Ireland East & Northern Ireland, Ireland. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000.00. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation to/from a New York airport with service to Dublin Airport and six (6) night double occupancy accommodation. Actual ARV of trip depends on location of winner and fares at time of booking. If ARV turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:2,000.

Trip is valid for the Dublin Flower Show and Hillsborough Self Drive Tour, May 31- June 07 and is subject to availability. Winner and winner's travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and on dates determined by the Sponsor or winner forfeits all rights to the prize. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., passport, valid driver's license, etc.) prior to travel. Winner's travel companion must be 18 years or older and must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release prior to travel. The trip prize must be completed by June 2008. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, income, state, and local taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

5. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of California), age 18 or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in California and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering onto and participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, franchises, fulfillment companies, dealers, retailers, present and former employees, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, "Affiliates"), from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed by the prize awarded in the Sweepstakes and/or in conjunction with the awarding, receipt and use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. The winner agrees that the Sweepstakes prize consists solely of the prize described above. No further expenses are included. The winner also agrees that Sponsor and its Affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotion agencies shall have, without further obligation, the right to use winner's name, likeness, photograph and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that New York courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in New York, NY. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.

7. Privacy Policy: The Sponsor shares your concerns about the privacy of your personal information. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants may receive marketing materials, communications and other materials from the Sponsor and/or any promotional partners whose products and services Sponsor feels might interest entrants at a future date. 8. Interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York law.
